2025 RESULTS FROM “NOVABUDOVA” COMPANY

As a tradition, at the end of the year we summarize our achievements. So, let's briefly talk about what "NovaBudova" company has achieved in 2025.

Let's start with the latest and very exciting news. Section 1 of the "Shchaslyvyi Grand" residential complex in Sofiivska Borshchahivka has been officially commissioned. Sections 2 and 3 of this residential complex are also in the final stages of construction. Active construction of sections 4, 5 and the underground parking lot is currently underway. We can also boast about the construction of the "Shchaslyvyi Mall" shopping center. It has become a very important infrastructure facility just a few steps away from the "Shchaslyvyi Grand" residential complex.

This year, the fourth phase of the "Crystal Avenue" residential complex was commissioned in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. The final fifth phase is 99.9% complete. Therefore, construction of this residential complex will be fully completed in the near future.

This year in Lviv, we have completed construction of the "Shchaslyvyi" residential complex on Bihova Street. Active construction of the "Lypynsky" business-class residential complex is also underway. Located on the street of the same name, almost in the city center, it will satisfy the needs of even the most demanding customers, offering everything necessary for a comfortable life and relaxation: from developed infrastructure and modern layouts to a rooftop terrace and backup power supply in case of power outages.
