CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (NOVEMBER 2025)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

The fourth phase (1 Kryshtaleva str.): tall construction and documentation works have been completed.

In the fifth phase (1-B Kryshtaleva str.), finishing works in the lobby, installation of irrigation systems, testing of all building systems, and connection of the building to water and electricity supply networks have been completed. Work is continuing on the facade of the first floor (99% complete), landscaping, and planting. The process of commissioning the building and preparing to transfer the apartments to investors has begun.

In the last part of the underground parking lot, landscaping works, flooring and installation of the fire safety system are underway.
