CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: DECEMBER 2025

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

The first section has been commissioned.

In the second section, facade works have been completed. Installation of internal engineering networks and preparation for commissioning are ongoing.

In the third section, the installation of window structures has been completed. Facade works are ongoing (75% complete), as is the installation of heating and water supply systems, floor screeding (30% complete), the installation of railings (20% complete), the installation of technical doors, and the installation of fire safety systems (45% complete). Electrical works have begun, as well as preparation for the installation of apartment doors and finishing works.

In the fourth section, monolithic works continue on floors 5-6. Preparations for bricklaying walls and partitions have begun.

In the fifth section, monolithic works continue on floors 4-5.

In the underground parking lot, works continue on landscaping between sections 1 and 2 and the installation of fire protection systems in sections 1-3.
