CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: NOVEMBER 2025

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the first section, finishing works have been completed and facade works are being finalized. Electrical installation works, landscaping around the building, installation of radiators, heat and water meters are ongoing.

In the second section, work on the floor screed has been completed. Facade work, installation of internal engineering networks, interior finishing work, and installation of elevators and doors are ongoing.

In the third section, plastering works in common areas have been completed. Facade works are ongoing (55% complete), as is the installation of heating and water supply systems, floor screeding (20% complete), window installation (95% complete), and the installation of railings (20% complete). Installation of technical doors, fire protection systems, preparation for electrical work, installation of apartment doors, and finishing works have begun.

In the fourth section, monolithic works continue on floors 4-5. Preparations for bricklaying walls and partitions have begun.

In the fifth section, monolithic works continue on floors 3-4.

In the underground parking lot, waterproofing between sections 1 and 2 has been completed. Improvement works between sections 1 and 2 are ongoing.
