RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX “CRYSTAL AVENU”: NEW REPORT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE

The construction of the third stage of the complex will soon be completed in the business class residential complex “Crystal Avenue” in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. Herein we are telling you how the construction of this and other residential buildings continues.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) masters are making the floor cap on 16-17 floors, communications - on the 17th floor. Facade works are also underway.

In the third phase (1-A,  Kryshtaleva St.) radiators are being installed. Finishing works in the lobby on the ground floor and work on the entrance groups are nearing completion.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) plumbing works (installation of risers) proceed.  Installation of windows has begun (the first 4 floors are ready).

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), the base plate is covered and a tower crane is installed. Work on the vertical walls has begun.

 The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway.  Work on the entrance to the car park has now begun.
