AN UPDATE ON THE BUSINESS CLASS RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE”: THE FIFTH PHASE CONSTRUCTION HAS BEGUN

The last month of autumn on the construction site of the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" (Petropavlivska Borshchahivka) debuted with a pleasant surprise - the preparatory work for the construction of the final fifth phase! Currently, the development of the pit has begun there.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street) the brickwork of the walls is completed. Plastering of walls and slopes (12th floor), installation of windows (15th floor), electrical work (15th floor), Internet (14th floor) continue. Work on the floor screed and roofing work has begun. The fence near the house has been dismantled.

In the third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street) facade works are going on and finishing works have been completed. Brickwork has also been made in the basement pantries.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street) the works on the monolithic-frame on the 12th floor level are underway.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. Work on vertical elements (walls, columns) is currently underway there.
