We chose RC “Crystal Avenue” among all the newbuilds. Given that it’s considered to be a luxury complex with comparatively inexpensive apartments and convenient location. One more advantage that we saw when we were making our choice – is the proximity to public transportation and shopping centers. We had noticed that the company is a fast builder, so we bought an apartment in the house of 2nd construction stage and now wait until it will be ready.
"NovaBudova" in my opinion is a very promising company. These are people who stick to their word. At the moment, I am very pleased with the fact that the houses are built qualitatively and the terms of putting them into operation are maintained! You yourself can come and see in what condition the apartments, entrances, staircases are being rented. Personally, we are satisfied with everything!
It’s not by a chance that we chose RC “Crystal Avenue”. Four years ago, we had bought an apartment from this real estate developer in RC “Shchaslyvyi”. At that time the house wasn’t built yet. And now here we are happily living in it! So we understood that we had made the right choice. We like the location and transport junction. When we found out about RC “Crystal Avenue” construction start, we decided to buy one more apartment for our daughter, so that she’ll be able to live close to us when she’s old enough.

It’s such a joy for me to have an apartment in RC “Shchaslyvyi”. I like it here a lot. First thing that surprised me was the design of the buildings: nice color grade and matching colors, cheerful palette allows these houses to really stand out. The apartment is great also. It is well made, there was nothing I had to remodel. I’m so happy to live here!
We decided to start a business, and for this purpose we bought premises in RC “Crystal Avenue”. We chose this very complex because we live close (in RC “Shchaslyvyi”) and got to know the builder. I really think RC “Shchaslyvyi” is the best in Kyiv oblast, and frankly speaking there are not so many such complexes even in Kyiv itself. I like the transport junction and enjoy the quietness of the place – pure homishness and coziness. Now all we need is to wait for the residents of RC “Crystal Avenue” to come live there, and we’ll be ready to open our business.
