BUILDING NEWS DIGEST FROM THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE”

We continue to inform you about the active construction of our business-class residential complex "Crystal Avenue", located in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

At the second stage (11-A, Oksamytova St.,) the brickwork of the walls is coming to an end. Plastering of walls and slopes (9th floor), installation of windows (13th floor) continues.  It is planned to begin the work on floor screed and roofing work in the coming days.

At the third stage (1-A, Kryshtaleva St.,) facade (12-14 floors) and finishing works (5-6 floors) proceed.

At the fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva Street) the works on monolithic-frame on the level of the 11th floor continue.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. The works on the monolithic frame have been recently started there.
