CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (APRIL 2024)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.), plant irrigation has been installed. Preparations for planting the lawn are underway. The production of a playground has been launched.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.),  installation of internal gas supply has been completed. Work is underway to finish the public usage places (85% complete), facade work on the 1st floor (80% complete), installation of radiators, installation of railings (80% complete), hall decoration, landscaping (planting). Preparations for the installation of boilers have begun.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), Installation of windows (floors 2, 3, 16), roofing (70% complete), and electrical work is underway. Installation of water supply and heating systems has begun. Preparations for facade and plastering works are underway.

In the last part of the underground parking lot, the foundation slab is being poured.
