CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (AUGUST 2025)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

The fourth phase (1 Kryshtaleva str.): the process of connecting gas and electricity supply on a permanent basis is underway, as well as preparations for signing major contracts.

In the fifth phase (1-B Kryshtaleva str.), facade works, interior and electrical works, final cleaning of public places and staircases have been completed. Finishing works in the lobby, facade arrangement of the 1st floor (80% complete), outdoor lighting and irrigation arrangement, landscaping and preparation for planting, testing of all building systems, and preparation for commissioning of the building are ongoing.

In the last part of the underground parking lot, landscaping works, flooring and installation of the fire safety system are underway.
