CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (MARCH 2025)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

The fourth phase (1 Kryshtaleva str.) installation of the playground surface was completed. The process of commissioning the house and connecting the gas supply is underway.

In the fifth phase (1-B Kryshtaleva str.), installation of apartment doors and elevators has been completed. Facade works are underway (95% complete), finishing of the mixed-use complex and staircases (65% complete), installation of technical doors (90% complete), installation of window and door structures on the 1st and 2nd floors (30% complete). Adjustment, installation of boilers and radiators, and landscaping works have begun.

The waterproofing works have been completed in the last part of the underground parking lot. Landscaping works, preparations for pouring the floor and installing the fire safety system are underway.
