CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (SEPTEMBER 2025)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

The fourth phase (1 Kryshtaleva str.): the process of connecting electricity supply on a permanent basis is underway, as well as preparations for signing major contracts.

In the fifth phase (1-B Kryshtaleva str.), the installation of outdoor lighting has been completed. Finishing works are continuing in the lobby, the facade of the first floor is being installed (90% complete), irrigation is being installed, landscaping work is underway, plants are being planted, all building systems are being tested, the building is being connected to water and electricity supplies, preparations are being made to commission the building, as well as to transfer the apartments to investors.

In the last part of the underground parking lot, landscaping works, flooring and installation of the fire safety system are underway.
