CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: FEBRUARY 2026

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the second section, preparations for commissioning are underway.

In the third section, facade work (90% complete), installation of heating and water supply systems, floor screeding (30% complete), installation of railings (50% complete), installation of technical doors and installation of fire protection systems (90% complete) are ongoing. Electrical work has begun, as well as preparations for the installation of apartment doors and finishing work.

In the fourth section, monolithic work continues on floors 6-7. Preparations for bricklaying walls and partitions have begun.

In the fifth section, monolithic work continues on the 5th floor. Preparations for bricklaying walls and partitions have begun.

In the sixth section, excavation work has begun.

In the underground parking lot, works continue on landscaping between sections 1 and 2 and the installation of fire protection systems in sections 1-3.
