CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: MARCH 2025

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the first section, facade works, arrangement of internal engineering networks, roofing works, and internal plastering works are underway.

In the second section, the facade works and internal engineering networks are underway. Preparations for interior plastering have begun.

In the third section, monolithic works on the 11th floor and brickwork on the 8th floor are underway.

In the underground parking lot, waterproofing works and monolithic works of the entrance and part of the parking lot (section 3) are underway.
