HOW THE “CRYSTAL AVENUE” CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES

Here we’d like to tell you about the progress of construction work in the business class  residential complex “Crystal Avenue” in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

At the first stage (9-A, Oksamytova Street), which has already been commissioned and inhabited, earthworks are being completed for the construction of the second part of the underground parking lot.

At the second stage (11-A, Oksamytova St.) the works on the monolithic frame at the level of the 17th floor are currently underway. The brickwork of the exterior walls of 12–13 floors has been completed.

At the third stage (1-A, Kryshtaleva St.), where all monolithic works and a bricklaying of walls are executed, windows (except for the first two floors) are completely mounted. Plastering works are being completed (18th floor), and preparatory works on plumbing and electricity have been completed.

At the fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva Str.) the floor slab of the 6th floor is ready.
