PROGRESS OF COMPLETED WORKS IN THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE”

Winter is coming to an end, but the construction of the business class RC “Crystal Avenue”  is in full swing. Read what our builders have done so far in our digest.

In the second house (11-A, Oksamytova Street) works near the house on arrangement of the road to the first house of the RC (9-A, Oksamytova St.) are completed.

In the third house (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street) finishing works in public places have begun. Works related to water supply and sewerage are also underway.

In the fourth house (1, Kryshtaleva Street) monolithic frame works at the level of the 16th floor have been completed. The brickwork of the walls continues. To date, this type of work has been performed at the level of the 10th floor.

In the fifth house (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street), work on borehole injection piles has been completed.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. Waterproofing works are currently being carried out there.
