RC “Crystal Avenue” Construction Progress

We present some up-to-date information about the construction pace of our business class Resident Complex “Crystal Avenue”.

The builders completed the construction of sixth and seventh floors of the building. Work related to the eighth floor are still in progress: vertical constructions are pored, inter-floor panels are being installed.

The progress of monolithic staircase installation has reached sixth and seventh floors correspondingly.

The third construction stage of the resident complex has pre-construction activities for the future building.

We’d like to remind you, that the RC’s first stage is already commissioned, our investors are actively obtaining property documents and starting to perform finishing works in their new apartments.
