RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE” - CONSTRUCTION REPORT

The year 2021 has begun. So we are going to share with you what the builders have managed to perform on the construction site of the business class RC "Crystal Avenue" during this time.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street) the retaining wall has been completed.  The works on arrangement of the road to the first house of the RC (9 – A, Oksamytova St.) are conducted near the house.

In the third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street) masters are performing finishing works in public places. Installation of elevators is completed.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street) monolithic-frame works on the level of the 16th floor are underway. The brickwork of the walls also continues. To date, this type of work has been performed on the 7th floor.

In the fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street), borehole injection piles are now being made.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. Waterproofing works are currently being carried out there and preparations are being made for backfilling.
