THE BUSINESS CLASS RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE” (PETROPAVLIVSKA BORSCHAHIVKA) CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS: THE FOURTH PHASE BRICKWORK OF WALLS HAS STARTED

Here we would like to tell you how the construction of the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" from NovaBudova company is going on.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street) brickwork of walls, except for the first floor, electrical works, the Internet is completed. Plastering of walls and slopes has been performed on 2–14 floors, floor screed - on 3–8 floors.

In the third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street) facade works, doors installation, floor screed, drains installation continue. Finishing works of common areas have been completed.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street) monolithic frame works are underway at the level of the 13th floor. Brick masonry has also begun. To date, this type of work has been performed at the level of 2-4 floors.

In the fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street) the pit is being developed.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. The floor is currently being prepared there.
