The construction of the new residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" from the NovaBudova company has begun. The apartments sale will start soon

The company "NovaBudova" announces the construction start of a new comfort class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiivska Borshchahivka. The complex will be located next to another one of our facilities - the RC "Shchaslyvyi" in Yabluneva street. And it won't be just a residential complex - it will be a world created for you!

And we have the right to say so, because one of the main advantages of the new residential complex is that its own shopping center "Shchaslyvyi Mall" will be built literally next to the residential complex with a supermarket "Silpo" and other shops. The RC general characteristics and terms of construction

The complex will consist of one building divided into 7 sections. The height of the sections is from 8 to 12 floors.

The RC will have 527 apartments. 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments with an area of:

• 1K - from 35.35 to 46.03 m2;
• 2K - from 56.65 to 68.47 m2;
• 3K - from 74.3 to 81.38 m2.

The first two sections are scheduled to be completed by the end of the second half of the year 2025.

Construction characteristics

Like our other residential buildings, this one will also be built using monolithic frame technology.

The external walls of the house are aerated concrete blocks (250 mm), insulation with mineral wool and a “wet” facade.

The apartment will be transferred to buyers in the following form:

• metal-plastic windows (two-chamber double-glazed windows, five-chamber profile);
• rough cement-sand floor screed (80 mm), except for bathrooms;
• impact-resistant front door;
• radiators, meters for water, electricity, heat.

The house will be heated with its own gas boiler on the roof. As mentioned, in case of a power outage, the rooftop boiler room will operate on backup power.

It should be noted that apartments up to the 10th floor are equipped with gasification for gas stoves. And from the 11th floor and above, only electric stoves are possible.

Advantages of the RC
