THE LATEST NEWS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OF THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE” (PETROPAVLIVSKA BORSHCHAGIVKA)

We start April with the traditional news digest on the construction of the business class residential complex “Crystal Avenue”.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.), facade work has begun, and plastering work keeps going.

In the third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva St.), the installation of radiators and boilers has started.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.), the brickwork of walls continues. Today, this type of work is performed at the 15th floor level. Also, plumbing work and work related to the smoke exhaust ducts are ongoing.

In the fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva St.), monolithic preparation has started.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking is also underway. They are currently implementing waterproofing and backfilling.
