THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE” CONSTRUCTION: BRICKLAYING START IN THE 5TH BUILDING

Herein we tell you about the progress of construction work in the business class residential complex “Crystal Avenue” in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) installation of balconies on the upper floors and starting-up of elevators have been completed. Improvement of the adjacent territory and public usage places arrangement continues (installation of windows is completed and facade works are started).

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) plastering works (except for the 1st floor) and heating installation (except for the 15th-17th floors) are almost completed. Work on the floor cap (on the 13th floor) continues.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) monolithic frame works on the 11th floor are underway. Brickwork start (on the 2nd floor).

The second part of the underground parking lot construction is also underway. The floor cap is completed there. Work on the installation of fire protection systems and electrical work is underway.
