THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE” CONSTRUCTION: THE LAST REPORT IN 2021

Congratulations to all investors of the business class RC “Crystal Avenue” on the upcoming holidays. Herein we tell you what stage the construction of our complex is currently underway.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) public usage places arrangement proceeds (facade works on the first floor, tile laying and stairwells arrangement).

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) plastering works, heating installation and screed works are almost completed.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) monolithic frame works (on the 12th floor) and brickwork (on the 3rd floor) are underway.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. There are ongoing works on the installation of fire protection systems and electrical work. Besides, work on laying the road surface next to the first three buildings of the RC has begun.
