THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE”: REPORT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OF THE BUSINESS CLASS RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX FROM NOVABUDOVA

We tell you the latest news about the construction of our residential complex, located just seven minutes from the metro "Zhytomyrska".

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) facade, finishing works and installation of elevators proceed. Finishing works of common areas are also underway.

In the third phase (1-A,  Kryshtaleva St.) improvement of the adjacent territory (laying of paving slabs and a playground installation) proceeds. The builders have completed the installation of balcony railings in the apartments.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) plastering works (on 14-15 floors), installation of heating (ready on 7th floor), works on a floor cap (ready on 5th floor) proceed.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) works on the monolithic frame on the 4th floor are underway.
