THE RC CRYSTAL AVENUE: WHAT ACHIEVEMENTS THE BUILDERS END THE SUMMER WITH?

We summarize the results of the summer season on the construction site of the business class residential complex “Crystal Avenue” in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) facade and finishing works, installation of elevators proceed. Installation of apartment and vestibule doors is completed.

In the third phase (1-A,  Kryshtaleva St.) improvement of the adjacent territory (laying of paving slabs and installation of a playground) proceeds. Builders are completing the installation of balcony railings in apartments.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.)  installation of window frames is completed. Plastering works are underway (on the 10th floor) and heating is being installed (5-6 floors are ready). Work on the floor cap (2-3 floors) has begun .

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) the floor slab of the third floor is being prepared
