In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) facade, finishing works and installation of elevators proceed. Installation of apartment and vestibule doors (3-14 floors) proceeds.

In the third phase (1-A,  Kryshtaleva St.) improvement of the adjacent territory (laying of paving slabs and installation of a playground) proceeds.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) window frames have been installed on the 17th floor. Plastering works are underway on 8-9 floors. Heating installation has been started (3-4 floors are ready).

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.)  the floor slab of the second floor is being prepared.
