THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX “CRYSTAL AVENUE” CONSTRUCTION: REPORTING ON PERFORMED WORKS

Herein we tell you about the latest news from the construction site of our business class RC in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) improvement of the adjacent territory and arrangement of public usage places (facade works on the ground floor) is underway.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) plastering works and installation of heating are almost completed. Work on the floor cap (on 14-15 floors) continues.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) monolithic frame works on the 11th floor are underway. Brickwork has been started (on the 2nd floor).

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. There are ongoing works on the installation of fire protection systems and electrical work. And the installation of curtain metal structures at the entrance to the parking lot has been completed.
