Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", September 2023
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• work on connecting power supply networks and preparation for greening of the surrounding area continues;
• the arrangement of retaining walls and the work on the paving of passageways has been completed.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (100% ready);
• installation of a wet facade (98% ready);
• gasification of the house (90% ready);
• installed cooling of cold transitions;
• work on the improvement of the territory is ongoing;
• public usage places decoration (5% ready) and production of public usage places doors started;
• preparation for the stair railings installation is underway.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• brickwork of walls on the 13th and 18th floors and the roof;
• installation of ventilation channels is completed;
• preparation for installation of windows is in progress.
