Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", March 2020
First stage (9-A, Oksamytova St.)
• the house was commissioned;
• all apartments were sold and partially occupied;
• arrangement of the local area around the house was partially completed.
Second stage (11-A, Oksamytova St.)
• completed monolithic frame work at the level of the 10th floor;
• bricked external walls up to the 9th floor;
• installation of monolithic stairs completed at the 9th floor level;
• installation of inter-apartment walls of aerated concrete with a layer of mineral wool was completed.
Third stage (1 – A, Kryshtaleva St.)
• monolithic-skeleton works are being carried out at the level of the 14th floor;
• monolithic stairs were poured to the 13th floor;
• brickwork of red aerated concrete was reached up the 9th floor;
• installation of internal interroom walls, ventilation and chimneys continues inside the house.
Fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva St.)
• concrete preparation for the foundation ir ready
