Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", January 2021
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is put into operation;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• performance of waterproofing works and preparation for backfilling in the second part of the underground parking lot.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the retaining wall has been completed;
• works on arrangement of the road to the first house of the RC are being conducted near the house.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• elevators installation is completed;
• finishing works in public places are underway
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic frame works are underway on the level of the 16th floor;
• brickwork on the 7th floor continues.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva street)
• drilling piles are being made.
