Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", December 2023
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• installation and automation of barriers has been completed;
• installation of the parking lot access system is almost complete.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of air conditioning baskets and installation of the doors of the MCC was completed;
• work on the finishing of the public usage places (40% complete) is underway, installation of apartment doors (50% complete), installation and commissioning of elevator equipment, and installation of equipment in the control room.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• brickwork of the walls is nearing completion (98% complete);
• installation of windows (10% complete) and sewerage systems are in progress.
