Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", September 2021
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed
• works on arrangement of fire-fighting systems and electrical installation works in the second part of the underground parking lot have started.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• start-up and adjustment works take place in elevators
• the membrane is being installed on the roof;
• finishing works of common usage areas are underway (installation of cold transition fences).
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a playground continues;
• laying of paving slabs is completed;
• installation of balcony railings in apartments has been completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• plastering works are underway (on 15-16 floors);
• installation of heating continues (on 8-9 floors);
• work on the floor cap (on 6-7 floors).
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• works on monolithic frame on the 5th floor are underway.
