Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", October 2022
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the local area around the house is partially completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• interior finishing is done, installation of suspended ceilings, installation of lamps and fire detectors;
• hall finishing is in progress (30% ready);
• construction of the adjacent territory is in progress.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house is commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (50% performed);
• installation of the wet facade (40% performed);
• arrangement of internal gas supply (50% performed);
• arrangement of the roof is partially completed (70% ready).
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic works on the 17th floor have been completed;
• brickwork of walls has been completed on the 9th floor.
