Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", October 2019
Business class residential complex “Crystal Avenue” in Petropavlivska Borshchagivka is a project of NovaBudova company, the construction of which has made significant progress over the past two weeks.
At the second stage, builders, who have already completed the pouring of vertical structures and installing the ceiling, continue to work in two directions: the construction of external walls of ceramic bricks (reached the level of the 7th floor) and internal interroom walls of a gas block with a layer of mineral wool (the 5th floor has been reached).
At the third stage of the complex construction, a vertical of the 3rd floor has been poured. Another type of work being performed is the installation of monolithic stairs from the first to the second floor. Backfilling and waterproofing of the foundation were also performed.
Let us recall that the first phase of the RC has already been commissioned. Today, repairs are being actively carried out there, where the repair department of the NovaBudova company fulfills some of them. You can always use its service.
