Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", January 2023
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the local area around the house is partially completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• hall decor works are in progress (60% ready);
• works on connecting power supply networks are underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• partially completed arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (70% performed);
• installation of the wet facade (65% performed);
• arrangement of the roof is done.
Another type of work, which does not concern individual buildings, but the entire complex, was the completion of the sewage networks relocation, which is necessary to meet the technical conditions for connection. The works were carried out in Oksamytova Street.
