Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", January 2024
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• plants were planted;
• a fence was installed;
• installation of the parking lot access system was completed.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of apartment doors and elevator equipment has been completed;
• work on finishing the public usage places(40% complete) is underway, commissioning the elevator equipment, and installing equipment in the control room.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• brickwork of the walls is nearing completion (98% complete);
• installation of windows continues (10% complete) and sewerage systems are being arranged.
