First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
•works on connection of power supply networks, improvement of the territory are ongoing.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (%95 ready);
• installation of a wet facade (%95 ready);
• gasification of the house (%90 ready);
• installation of fire equipment (%90 ready);
• work on the improvement of the territory is ongoing;
• all doors in cold passages are installed;
• preparations for laying power cables are underway.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
