Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", Вересень 2022
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the local area around the house is partially completed;
• it is planned to commission the second part of the underground parking by the end of September.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• interior finishing on the floors (work is completed on 15 floors);
• facade arrangement of the basement floor (600 sq. m. is ready);
• installation of suspended ceilings: 15 floors are completed;
• installation of radiators and installation of tiles on cold transitions is completed;
• 95% of the installation of lamps, fire detectors, pump, panel, hall decoration, water supply to the building is completed;
• landscaping of the surrounding area (30% ready).
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• the adjacent territory around the house arrangement is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of ventilated facade (30% ready);
• installation of wet facade (20% ready);
• arrangement of internal gas supply (50% ready);
• it is planned to complete the arrangement of the roof by the end of the month.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• brickwork continues (completed on the 8th floor).
