Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", August 2021
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• installation of apartment and vestibule doors has finished;
• facade and finishing works, installation of elevators proceed.
• finishing works of common areas are underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• improvement of the adjacent territory continues (laying of paving slabs and a playground installation);
• installation of balcony railings in apartments is coming to an end.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of window frames is completed;
• plastering works are underway (on the 10th floor);
• heating installation is underway (5-6 floors ready);
• floor cap work has started (2-3 floors).
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the floor slab of the third floor is being prepared.
