Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", September 2020
First stage (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and partially occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• concrete preparation for the construction of the second part of the underground parking lot has been performed.
Second stage (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• brickwork of the outer walls of the 15th floor has been made;
• plumbing work continues (ready to the 12th floor);
• windows are installed on 2-9 floors;
• installation of a fire system (2–6 floors), intercoms (2–4 floors) and the Internet installation 2–4 (floors) is underway.
Third stage (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• roofing works are completed;
• facade works are underway (ready 3-7 floors);
• plumbing work is completed and floor installation work is almost completed.
Fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• works on a monolithic frame on the 9th floor are underway
