First building (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• monolithic works in the second part of the underground parking lot have been completed.
Second building (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• roofing works are carried out;
• floor screed has been made on the 10th floor;
• installation of windows is completed;
• plumbing work is carried out (performed on 2-9 floors).
Third building (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of doors is completed;
• facade works are underway (insulation and reinforcement of the wet facade has been completed);
• installation of drain pipes and guards for conditioners proceeds;
• finishing works in public places are underway
Fourth building (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic frame works are underway at the level of the 16th floor;
• brickwork on the 7th floor continues;
• work on chimneys and air ducts continues.
Fifth turn (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• borepiles have been installed
