First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commisisoned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• the walls are ready and the work on the entrance groups at the entrance to the second part of the underground parking lot is underway;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• work on communications has been completed;
• floor cap has been made;
• facade works are underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of radiators and work on entrance groups is completed;
• completed work on input groups;
• finishing works in the lobby on the ground floor have been completed;
• improvement of the adjacent territory has been started.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of windows continues (windows on the 3rd floor are completely glassed-in, and window frames on the 2nd, 4th-8th floors are installed);
• masonry up to the 16th floor is ready.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the floor slab of the first floor has been completed.
