Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", November 2021
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• works on arrangement of fire-prevention systems, electric installation works proceed; completed floor cap in the second part of the underground parking lot.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• start-up and adjustment works in elevators are finished;
• the arrangement of public usage places continues (installation of windows is completed and facade works are started);
• improvement of the adjacent territory continues;
• installation of balconies on the upper floors has been completed.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• plastering works are almost finished (except for the 1st floor);
• roof insulation is completed;
• heating installation is almost completed (except for 15-17 floors);
• work on the floor cap (on the 13th floor) continues.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic frame works on the 9th floor are underway;
• brickwork has been started (on the 2nd floor).
