Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", April 2020
First stage (9-A, Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and partially occupied;
• arrangement of the local area around the house is partially completed.
Second stage (11-A, Oksamytova St.)
• monolithic frame work at the 10th floor level is completed;
• external walls up to 9th floor are bricked;
• installation of monolithic stairs is completed at the level of the 9th floor;
• installation of inter-apartment walls of aerated concrete with a layer of mineral wool is completed.
Third stage (1 – A, Kryshtaleva St.)
• preparation for the closure of the technical floor;
• monolithic stairs are poured up to the 17th floor;
• brickwork of red aerated concrete reached the 10th floor;
• installation of internal interroom walls, ventilation and chimneys continues inside the house.
Fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva St.)
• concrete preparation for the foundation is ready;
• preparation for filling the floor slab of the building
