First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• hall finishing, works on connection of power supply networks, improvement of the territory and waterproofing works are in progress;
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (80% ready);
• installation of a wet facade (75% ready);
• gasification of the house (50% ready);
• installation of fire equipment (80% ready).
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic works on the 18th floor;
• brickwork on the 9th floor.
