Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", August 2020
First stage (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and partially occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• preparatory earthworks for the construction of the second part of the underground parking lot are being completed.
Second stage (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• works on the monolithic frame are underway at the level of the 17th floor;
• brickwork of external walls of 12-13 floors is executed;
• installation of monolithic stairs is completed at the level of 14 floors;
• installation of windows has started (3rd floor).
Third stage (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• completed all monolithic works;
• completed brickwork;
• completed installation of windows (except for the first two floors), plastering works, preparatory works on electricity and plumbing;
• roofing works have started.
Fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• ready floor slab of the 6th floor
