First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• hall finishing, works on connection of power supply networks and improvement of the territory are in progress;
• waterproofing works have been started.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (75% performed);
• installation of the wet facade (65% performed);
• gasification of the building has begun (40% complete), installation of firefighting equipment (60% complete).
