First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
•decoration of the hall, works on connecting electricity and gas supply networks, waterproofing works, landscaping of the territory are ongoing.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (85% ready);
• installation of a wet facade (85% ready);
• gasification of the house (60% ready);
• installation of fire equipment (90% ready).
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic works on the 18th floor are about to end;
• brickwork on the 10th floor.
