Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", November 2023
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• installation of outdoor lighting, laying paving slabs, installation and automation of barriers, installation of a fire safety system in the parking lot have been completed
• preparations for planting plants are underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of power cables and electrical panels and plastering works on the basement floor have been completed;
• works on decoration of the public usage places (30% ready), installation of public usage places doors (70% ready), installation of internal fire systems (90% ready), installation of air conditioner baskets, installation of elevator equipment, landscaping of the territory are ongoing;
• the arrangement of the fountain area and the installation of equipment in the control room have begun.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the brickwork of the walls is being completed (95% ready);
• arrangement of sewage systems and roof is in progress.
