The first stage (9-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The second stage (11-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The third stage (1-A Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
Fourth stage (1 Kryshtaleva str.)
• the process of house commissioning and connecting the gas supply is ongoing.
The fifth stage (1-B Kryshtaleva str.)
• facade works are in progress (90% complete), interior finishing and electrical works (15% complete), finishing of the public usage places and staircases (10% complete), installation of elevators (50% complete), installation of apartment doors (50% complete);
• preparations for the installation of boilers and radiators have begun;
• preparations for laying the membrane and the final layer of landscaping are underway in the last part of the underground parking lot.
